4.9.26 – Public Hearing – ATV Ordinance
A public hearing will be held on April 9th at 6:30 p.m. for the intent to adopt ordinance designating all roadways within the township as ATV, Side by Side and Snowmobile roads and to impose penalties for violations.
The Ordinance will then be considered for passage at 7:00 p.m. at the April 9th regularly scheduled meeting held at the Township
Building, 127 McKinney Rd, Titusville, PA 16354.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available online or at the Township office during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday.
9.23.25 – Public Hearing – Zoning Hearing Board
The Zoning Hearing Board of Oil Creek Township, Crawford County, PA, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 6:00p.m. at the Township Municipal Building located at 127 McKinney Road, Titusville, PA 16354 to hear the following appeal:
Appeal of Kenneth Mallory, Carriage City Auto Parts, from the denial by the Township Zoning Officer of Zoning Permit 2023-Z-2532 for a “Not Permitted Junk Yard” in an area zoned TRB (Transitional Residential Business District) and Property Maintenance Code Violations (Exterior Property Areas).
Parcel # is 3812-081, with address of 43265 W. Central Avenue, Titusville, PA 16354.
9.11.25 – Public Hearing – Conditional Use Permit
Oil Creek Township will hold a public hearing on September 11, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. regarding the application of ARM Group LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for SolAmerica Energy to install and operate a Principal Solar Energy System at 40404 State Highway 27, Titusville, PA. 16354
The project will be a fixed tilt system and has an estimated size of 4.16 MW DC. The development area will be approximately 20.12 acres.
